Cherish Maritime Services was incorporated 23rd August, 2012 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990, but commenced operation 4th August, 2014. The company is 100 % Nigerian owned and managed by a collection of seasoned industry professionals, who has had over 55 years industry experience earned through hard work, dedication and diligence in their former places of employment. Cherish Maritime Services (CMS) was established as a response to the ever dynamic shipping/maritime sub-sector and oil & gas industry to undertake (among others) complete service management with defined, common international service standards.

CMS is currently one of the leading Shipping, Marine and Oil & Gas industry service providers in Nigeria through its highly trained and motivated staffs. CMS has a head office in Lagos with a branch in Port Harcourt, covering Warri, Calabar, Bonny and Onne operations respectively. CMS provide its teeming customers with unequalled service solutions tailored to each customer’s individual requirement.

CMS’s diversified customer base include clients across the oil & gas, bulk & project cargoes, maritime security as well as serving foreign space defense & national security agencies, landside commercial, government agencies/institutions and humanitarian logistics, inward and outward clearances of offshore support vessels and customs clearance of ship spares/marine equipments and logistics services. The Company also provides crew changes; port agency planning/management and husbandry services.
