Cherish Maritime Services was incorporated 23rd August, 2012 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990, but commenced operation 4th August, 2014. The company is 100 % Nigerian owned and managed by a collection of seasoned industry professionals, who has had over 55 years industry experience earned through hard work, dedication and diligence in their former places of employment. Cherish Maritime Services (CMS) was established as a response to the ever dynamic shipping/maritime sub-sector and oil & gas industry to undertake (among others) complete service management with defined, common international service standards.
